Refund Policy

Eligibility
We want you to be confident posting on EuroTalent. You may request a full refund for any Standard or Featured listing within 14 days of purchase if the listing has not yet received any candidate applications.
Non-refundable cases
Once a listing has received one or more applications, the listing has delivered value and the purchase becomes non-refundable. Renewals are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
How to request a refund
Sign in to your dashboard and contact us from the email address used to purchase the listing. Include the listing title and the date of purchase. We will respond within two business days and, if approved, the refund will appear on your card within 5–10 business days.
Failed payments
If a payment fails or is reversed by your bank, the corresponding listing will not be published. No further action is required from you.
VAT invoices
Stripe issues a receipt automatically to the email address you provide at checkout. If you need a VAT invoice, enter your company details and VAT ID at the checkout step — Stripe will include them on the invoice.
